Terms of Use

1. Acceptance of terms

By creating an account or using mmotion.io, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. The service

mmotion.io is an AI-powered animation creation platform. You provide prompts and assets, and we generate animated product videos that you can export as MP4, GIF, WebM, or embed via hosted URLs.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must provide accurate information when creating your account. One person or entity per account.

4. Subscription plans and billing

mmotion.io offers Free, Pro, and Growth plans. Paid plans are billed monthly through Stripe. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your subscription at any time via the billing portal.

Usage limits (animations per month, AI revisions) reset at the beginning of each billing period. Unused allowances do not roll over.

5. Cancellation and embeds

If you cancel your paid subscription or your subscription lapses, your account reverts to the Free plan. Hosted animation embeds that exceed the Free plan's hosted animation limit will stop working. Specifically:

  • The Free plan includes up to 5 hosted animations. If you have more than 5 hosted animations at the time of cancellation, embeds beyond that limit will become inaccessible.
  • Embed URLs and public share links for animations over your plan's hosted limit will return an error until you either re-subscribe or reduce your hosted animation count.
  • Your animation data is not deleted — it remains in your account and will become accessible again if you re-subscribe to a paid plan.

We recommend downloading your animations as MP4 or GIF files before cancelling if you rely on them outside of mmotion.io embeds.

6. Content ownership

You retain ownership of all content you create on mmotion.io, including your prompts, uploaded assets, and generated animations. We do not claim any intellectual property rights over your content.

By making an animation public or sharing it via a link, you grant mmotion.io a limited license to host and serve that content to viewers for as long as it remains public.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use the service to create content that is illegal, harmful, or infringes on others' rights.
  • Attempt to circumvent usage limits or access controls.
  • Reverse-engineer, scrape, or abuse the service or its APIs.
  • Share your account credentials with others.

8. Service availability

We aim to keep mmotion.io available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance, updates, or experience outages. We are not liable for any damages resulting from service unavailability.

9. Limitation of liability

mmotion.io is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time, which permanently removes all your data from our systems.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
